The Kwara-based civil society organisation, ENetSuD, has criticised the state’s Kwara State Government for paying civil servants’ salaries, pension and gratuities with 95% of monthly allocation.
ENetSuD said the payment of salaries, pensions and gratuities by the Kwara State government was bribery to the beneficiaries while neglecting the general public who are not Civil servants.
This claim by the Civil Society Organization has generated reactions from Kwarans, who asked ENetSuD to stop behaving like the opposition party and focus on the essence of its creation.
People within and outside the state have commended the government for taking the welfare of civil servants and pensioners seriously and also moving Kwara forward.
