2026 FIFA World Cup Draw to Hold December 5 in Las Vegas

Las Vegas has been confirmed as the host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup draw, which is scheduled to take place on December 5, multiple reports revealed on Tuesday.

The highly anticipated draw for the expanded 48-team tournament set to be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico, will take place at The Sphere, a cutting-edge 17,500-seat venue renowned for its massive 54,000-square-meter screen.

According to ESPN and TUDN Mexico, Las Vegas was selected to host the group stage draw, which will involve 12 groups of four nations each.

This will mark the second time Las Vegas hosts a World Cup draw, the first being in 1994 when the U.S. last hosted the tournament. Notably, despite not being a match venue for either the 1994 or 2026 editions, Las Vegas was chosen for the draw ceremony, highlighting its appeal as a premier event destination.
