Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has congratulated eight indigenes of the state who were among the 200 corps members recently honoured by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for their outstanding performance during the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
The celebrated youth corps members are: Kareem Jeelel Amoloye, Adebiyi Lekan Hamzat, Aminat Ajoke Hassan, Alabi Omotayo, Lawal Victor, Lawal Oluwatobi, James Peninah, and Israel Ayeni.
Governor AbdulRazaq commended the awardees for their exemplary conduct, discipline, and dedication throughout their service year. He described their recognition as further proof that excellence never goes unnoticed and encouraged other young people to draw inspiration from their achievements.
“This honour serves as a powerful reminder that hard work, discipline, and integrity are always rewarded,” the Governor stated. “These young Kwarans have made the state and their families proud.”
The Governor also expressed appreciation to President Tinubu for recognising the efforts of the honorees and for approving their employment into the Federal Civil Service. He wished them continued success as they transition into this new chapter of their lives.
